Silver Star Ranch is conveniently located only one hour Southeast from Dallas in beautiful East Texas, and only 20 minutes West of Tyler. Silver Star Ranch is an excellent choice for your wedding or special event. We also are a short drive from Athens, Chandler, Murchison, Corsicana as well as all of the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.
We can accomodate 250 guests seated inside our reception barn, as well as our outdoor chapel and pergola archway ceremony sites. We are able to seat additional guests outside, but client must make special arrangements.

Yes!! We have a 2500 sq ft home attached to the venue that sleeps 14 guests with numerous bathrooms. Tyler and Athens are both close by for other accommodations.

Tonya did a phenomenal job at making sure the venue was ready. She was very professional and friendly. The DJ did an outstanding job with the music, and the venue was very peaceful and welcoming. I would absolutely book another event here.
This place is not only breathtaking but the staff running it are incredible people inside and out! We had our wedding in November here and they went above and beyond! Tonya and Dawn amazed me with their attention to details and were excellent at communicating with me throughout the entire planning period. We went with the all inclusive wedding package and it covers just about everything and made the planning much less stressful. I was very surprised by how customizable our wedding package was. Each vendor Tonya recommended was incredible and easy to work with. I can't thank them enough for making our special day so beautiful and stress free! This staff is so genuine and I hope I am able to plan another event with them in the future!
I am obsessed with everything about my wedding. The venue was absolutely perfect. We chose the all inclusive package and I cannot thank silver star ranch enough for helping create this masterpiece of a day. The cake was divine, the florals were beyond my wildest dreams, and just LOOK at the beautiful scenery. Last, but certainly not least, Tonya and her husband were angels during this process. They answered all my questions and made this day as stress free as possible. Cyndi, my wedding coordinator, was also provided by silver star and did an incredible job the day of keeping everything on track and decorating! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! It was perfect.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding just recently here. The views are STUNNING. Right when you drive up there’s water on either side and it’s such a beautiful place! I love the rustic feel to the venue. The staff was so helpful and down to earth. They even joined in for a dance on the dance floor, which we loved! I wish I had known about this venue when I got married because my husband and I definitely would have chosen this place! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend this venue.
Silver Star is an amazing venue! My daughter was married in October, and the entire experience was incredible. Tonya goes above and beyond to make sure the wedding goes smoothly and effortlessly! There are stunning views and with the sunset happening right as my daughter and her husband were married, the pictures that were captured turned out perfect! We couldn’t have found a more perfect venue!
I would give this venue 10 stars if I could. The owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet and the venue and grounds are gorgeous. The styling is the perfect mix of rustic and chic with an outdoor setting. I highly recommend visiting them for a tour, you won’t be disappointed. I would like to add not only was I a guest, but am also a venue owner. I know the work involved in making everyone’s special day perfect and they did a fabulous job 😊
Tonya and her staff were amazing. We had some drastic changes 3 weeks before our celebration and they were understanding and helped us change what needed to be changed. The property is gorgeous and well maintained and large enough to accommodate any party. The overnight accommodations are comfortable and homey. Overall, worth every penny!
We had a wonderful time ! My 13 grandchildren and their friends all under eleven also were totally entertained and loved it! The bride and groom were relaxed and refreshed with such a no pressure atmosphere.Well worth the money! Staff so friendly hospitable and helpful ! Beautiful place and facilities just amazing. Tonya answered every question went beyond what we asked and met every special need. Food delicious. Cake beautiful and delicious. DJ was such a personable man and played a wide variety of music met our every wish. We even enjoyed the security man.

We hosted at rehearsal dinner at Silver Star. We live out of state and were not familiar with the area at all. Therefore, I did ALOT of research in my quest to find the perfect location and experience. Here's what made Silver Star a fantastic experience:
-the venue is unique to anything else I found
-the vibe and styling is both whimsical and beautiful in it's detail
-restrooms are wonderful-clean, modern, charming, comfortable
-the location of the venue is absolutely idyllic-it overlooks a pond and is surrounded by trees. It is serene and quiet and added to our event feeling special and unique
-the layout of the property made it really comfortable for our guests to spread out and be comfortable.
-the owner, Tonya was amazing. She returned every email and phone call (and I sent her several) within a few hours-every time. She's incredibly organized, remembered every detail we discussed, drew on her experience to offer helpful suggestions, is generous with her time and venue and overall, very kind. The night of our event, she and her husband and mother-in-law worked so hard to ensure every detail was perfect.
I'm so thankful we were able to host our son's rehearsal dinner at Silver Star Ranch. I had a picture in my head of what I was looking for and this far exceeded that. Our son loved it and guests repeatedly told us of their great enjoyment of the evening. It was a very special night, made possible by a beautiful space and superior owner, resulting in dear memories as part of our son's wedding weekend.
